Studio 1000 Photography Competition – Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Studio1000 Photography, located in New South Wales, Australia.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales who are aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Studio 1000 Photography and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
Prize
The total prize is valued at $2,045 AUD.
The prize consists of digital artwork only. No physical prints are included.
The Prize Includes:
A luxurious three-hour makeover and photography session valued at $350, inclusive of up to four people (includes one makeover).
Additional makeovers can be added for $150 per person, and extra participants can be included from $25 each.
The prize also includes a digital portrait package valued at $1,695.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or voucher.
Competition Period and Draw
The competition may be run from time to time at the discretion of Studio 1000 Photography.
The opening and closing dates of each competition will be advertised.
The prize draw date will also be advertised and conducted by Studio 1000 Photography.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Studio 1000 Photography reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Conditions of Redemption
The winner must book their session within the timeframe advised by Studio 1000 Photography.
All sessions will take place at the Studio 1000 Photography premises or other locations as arranged by the studio.
Any additional products or services not included in the stated prize value (e.g., prints, albums, or extra digital images) will be at the winner’s expense.
Publicity
By entering the competition, entrants agree to allow Studio 1000 Photography to use their name and images (with consent obtained during the photography session) for promotional purposes, without further compensation.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of conducting this competition, contacting the winner, and may also be used by Studio 1000 Photography to contact entrants about future promotions, unless the entrant opts out.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with Studio 1000 Photography’s privacy policy.
General Conditions
Studio1000 Photography reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any time without notice.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering this competition or accepting the prize.
